Environmental Stock Exchange (ENV X) will enable U.S. and global companies focused access to U.S. equity capital markets to fund environmental performance at an enterprise level. ENV X will provide a venue to trade and list public companies and the expanding universe of exchange-traded products based on environmental performance. ENV X will be a fully electronic, national market system compliant, national securities exchange, that will seek registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
